Pineapple Ginger Chicken Kabobs (vegetarian option available)


Cooking Instructions
  • Pineapple ginger glazed chicken kabobs made with local chicken thighs, bell peppers, red onion and fresh pineapple. Served on a bed of herbed orzo

    vegetarian option: Pineapple ginger glazed kebabs with pineapple, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and zucchini over herbed orzo

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove plastic cover and set aside garnishes. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warmed through. Garnish and serve.

    Microwave:  2-3 minutes, until warmed throughout.
