Herb Crusted Salmon with Mashed Cauliflower


Cooking Instructions
  • Wild-caught salmon with tarragon mustard sauce and crispy panko crust. Served with a side of silky smooth mashed cauliflower and garlicky sautéed kale.

    Option: have it made Whole30 compliant with no panko crust

  • Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

    • Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
    • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

    Garnish and serve.

  • Wild-caught salmon fillet, kale, cabbage, brussels sprouts, tarragon, thyme, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, panko, ghee, egg, cauliflower, chicken broth, ghee, thyme, salt, pepper
