  • We start by brining our ribs for 12 hours in a blend of ginger, orange and chilis. The ribs are then slow roasted until they are falling off the bone. Next we glaze them in a sticky sweet housemade ginger peach sauce and char them on the grill. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and steamed green beans this is a messy meal that you won’t want to miss.

  • Remove plastic cover from container and set aside any garnishes.

    • Oven: heat to 375 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm throughout.
    • Microwave: 2-3 minutes or until warm throughout.

    Garnish and serve.
