DELIVERY

Do you deliver to my area?

Probably! Just type in your zip code on our homepage to check!

What days do you deliver?

We deliver Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

What times do you deliver?

It changes based on your location, but late afternoon/evening. When you're checking out, you can view the times for your location.

What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

No problem! We delivery in an insulated bag with ice. Your food will be cold and waiting for you.


ORDERING

How far in advance can I order?

We change our menu every Wednesday, just after 10am. That menu is good for the following Sunday through Wednesday.

How can I order several weeks ahead of time?

Since our menu changes every week, just wait until Wednesday to order for the following week. We're working on allowing ordering for multiple weeks, and will be sure to announce it once we get this developed!

What about same-day orders?

No problem! We accept orders each day until 10am


FOOD

Are the meals healthy?

You betchya! Our meals are soy free, MSG free, nitrate free, antibiotic and hormone free, and organic and local whenever possible.

I hate mushrooms, how do I avoid them?

Just click on the "ingredients" tab when looking at a dish. We list all the ingredients so you can know ahead of time if you'll like it!

What about food allergies?

Just click on the "ingredients" tab when looking at a dish. We list allergens in bold at the bottom, so you don't have to read each ingredient.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Absolutely! Just click on the "ingredients" tab when looking at a dish. At the bottom we'll list wheat as an allergen if it's not gluten-free

Do you take substitutions?

We do not. We do our best to give you as many options as possible, as much information about the ingredients as possible, and change our menu weekly so there is always something you'll like!

I just got my food. How do I heat it up?

Just click on the "heating instructions" tab when looking at a dish on our menu!

OTHER QUESTIONS

What do I do with my bags and ice packs?

Just leave them out for your delivery driver during your next delivery. We'll pick them up for you.
